We now do Mayonnaise and it’s really rather good…

Since it’s launch last year, our new mayonnaise has proved to be a huge hit with customers.  We wanted our mayo to be as true to the flavour of our rapeseed oil as possible, so during the recipe testing phase we avoided adding mustard as this seemed to mask the light nuttiness of the oil, the most important ingredient!

We knew that our customers would appreciate a garlic version following the success of our garlic infused oil and feedback on both version  have been really fantastic!  It’s a really luxurious ‘grown up’ mayo which once tried you will certainly be hooked on…the classic makes a delicious potato salad or egg mayonnaise and the garlic is fantastic with steak and chips.
